Massage therapy refers to a comprehensive health management strategy focusing on the application of various techniques to positively effect the soft tissues and joints of the body. Massage techniques most commonly include pressure and compression, kneading, frictioning, and mobilizing to improve the health and condition of the muscles, tendons, skin, fascia or connective tissue of the body.

| OSTEOPATHY |

This holistic manual therapy finds the source of the dysfunction and removes the barriers so that the body is able to heal and self-regulate. Osteopathic Treatment works with all of the systems in the body, such as the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, cranial and, visceral systems. Osteopathic manual therapy is effective in the treatment of acute or chronic pain and injuries as well as conditions such as but not limited to migraines, concussions, sinusitis, TMJ dysfunction and digestive problems. Osteopathic treatments are generally gentle and non-invasive and are therefore suitable for patients of all ages which includes babies, children and the elderly.
